OUR STORY

O2 Custom Factory is the result of two families coming together with a shared passion for sports, quality, and community. The name “O2” represents our partnership—Orozco and O’Neil—two last names that symbolize the blend of cultures, values, and experience that fuel our brand.

Our roots run deep in Medellín, Colombia, where Camilo’s mom and sister manage the day-to-day operations of our family factory. From managing quality control and finishing touches to overseeing production, they’ve been the soul of our manufacturing process since the beginning—ensuring every piece is crafted with care, detail, and pride.

Together, we—Camilo Orozco and Darian O’Neil—co-founded O2 to create something that is different. Something that came from the inside. As lifelong athletes, we know what it’s like to chase the dream, and we also know how hard it is to find gear that truly supports the journey.

Camilo runs the business operations and travels constantly between Colombia and Michigan to keep our standards high and our team connected. He’s the glue that holds it all together—driving innovation, managing production, and keeping the fire lit, all while being the head of our family, a competitive athlete and the dad to our little ones.

I’m Darian, and I lead the creative side of the brand—storytelling, design direction, and keeping us grounded in our “why.” I'm also a mom and athlete, balancing family life and business with the same determination I once brought to the sport of speed skating.

Between the two of us, we have over 30 years of combined experience in elite competition and coaching. We've both stood on international podiums and spent most of our lives training, traveling, and mentoring other athletes. And while we’re proud of where sport has taken us, we’re even more proud that we’re still in it—competing in the sports we love: speed skating, cycling, triathlon, and running.

O2 Custom Factory was built from our story, but it’s made for yours. Whether you’re chasing a medal, a personal best, or simply showing up every day, we’re here to back you with gear that’s made by athletes—for athletes.

From our family to yours,
Welcome to O2 Custom Factory.

Where We Started

Our journey began in 2023, printing, cutting and sewing uniforms by hand in our small Medellín factory. What started as a dream to create better-fitting, better-feeling gear has now grown into a global community of athletes, creators, and competitors. Today, O2 Custom Factory outfits champions around the world with custom performance apparel designed to match the heart and hustle of every athlete we serve.

Who We Are Today

We still do things our way:

  • In-house manufacturing by people who care.

  • Family-run operations from Medellín to Michigan.

  • A focus on quality over quantity, and people over profits.

We proudly employ women, immigrants, and individuals from diverse backgrounds. For us, it’s not just about making high-performance gear—it’s about creating opportunity, empowerment, and a sense of belonging in everything we do.

Beyond our factory walls, we’re committed to supporting the very athletes who inspire us. We support athletes from around the world and offer funding, gear, and travel support to help them continue chasing their dreams—especially when the road gets tough. Whether they're rising stars or seasoned champions, we believe every athlete deserves a chance to lead.

Why We Exist

We know what it takes to train in silence and compete with heart. That’s why our motto is Built to Lead—because leadership isn't just about winning. It's about discipline, sacrifice, and lifting others up along the way.

When you wear O2, you're not just wearing a brand—you’re wearing the story of a family, the hands of hard-working women and men, and the belief that greatness is made, not given.
